Learnplant does not save any sensitive data, such as credit cards, debit cards and other payment modes information. Payment is directed to the principal websites, through which transactions shall be made.

The material stacked on the website may be a reference from other website such as essential videos, books etc., available on the internet.

LearnPlant reserves the right to delete any user content, terminate or suspend users accounts, access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limit of breach of any terms and conditions from the website.

On deleting the account, LearnPlant has no obligations whatsoever to retain any record of your account or any data or information that you may have stored utilizing the account and the services.

LearnPlant shall not be held liable if there is a case external exploitation due to website hacking, which may cause personal or corporate damage.

LearnPlant shall not take any liability for indirect/direct damages by students, teachers and other external stakeholders. LearnPlant will not be liable for damage caused by deliberate act or oversights or gross negligence by the customer/student/teacher, or by an improper use of the learned skills by the teacher to the student. The student/teacher may contact the admin immediately if the level of satisfaction is not there. LearnPlant shall ensure the right measures to monitor and take necessary action as quality learning is a high preference.

LearnPlant shall not be liable for any user communication from another user that accesses the website. Moreover, LearnPlant reserves the right to delete any user content, account for flouting any website terms and conditions from the website.

• Users visiting LearnPlant are not allowed to post or share to other users anything that they know or reasonably believe:
• Is defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive; or
• Is threatening, harassing or that promotes racism, hatred of any kind against any group or individual; or
• Promotes or encourages violence against a person or damage or destruction of property; or
• Is inaccurate, false or misleading in any way; or

• A student/teacher will not in any way restrict or inhibit any other stakeholder from using the LearnPlant’s website. This website is only for Learning Languages, Learn Plant will not tolerate any unlawful, or unethical material or communication of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or then violate any related foreign, municipal, general or international law.
• LearnPlant may record sessions in discretion and opt to disclose the information if needed for legal purposes.
• In case of any kind of website violation mentioned in this document of terms and conditions, LearnPlant reserves the right to take action as deemed right to consider or terminate a user’s account. The decision will be made in discretion to LearnPlant’s administration and management. The violation of any act shall not be favored through other regulations adhered too.

In case the student wishes to cancel any classes after a particular package payment has been made; the following notions shall take place.

• Full payment shall be refunded if the package is cancelled, within the first seven days and the student has not attempted any classes. The number of classes shall be deducted from the seven days before the refund. (refund: statutory and bank transfer deductions shall be borne by the student)
• In the case of cancellation after seven days, LearnPlant shall issue a timed credit note, not valid for more than six months. After this period has passed, LearnPlant reserves the right to cancel the refund, no claims can be made after that.
• A student who does not notify of absence will fall under “did not show”, i.e. the class shall be deducted from the balance number of classes.
• A student shall not be able to reschedule the class before 2 hours. Absences will be considered as a “did not show”.
• The student password and username shall be the complete responsibility of the student, in case of misuse, please contact admin@learnplant.com.
• Students are advised not to share their personal data and information to anyone besides the registration process for safety and security.

• Teacher’s registering with LearnPlant agree to the above terms and conditions of registering and data sharing on the website.
• A registered teacher is strictly not allowed to approach a student for personal classes directly. In such a case, this shall be considered as a breach of LearnPlant’s Policy. LearnPlant reserves the right to terminate the account with no prior information and consent.
• Teachers are not allowed to share any personal student information to any 3rd party; this shall be considered as a breach of LearnPlant’s policy.
• Teachers shall not provide any personal contact information to the student directly; it is recommended that the platform of LearnPlant is used to communicate in all stance.
• Teacher login details are for 1 teacher only and should not be shared. In cases of sharing and misuse LearnPlant shall cancel the account and the liability shall be of the teachers. In case of an external issue, please contact admin@learnplant.com.

LearnPlant is not a planting company or an environmental foundation. It respects the environment and wishes to contribute to the green agenda for their students/clients to the environment at no extra cost.

The following essential notions are advised as follows:

• LearnPlant shall be transparent on the planting and share first-hand information, through receipts or certificates of planting in region/country of planting or by photographs if planed by LearnPlant directly.
• It is vital to note that LearnPlant may opt to plant trees through different environmental organizations. In such cases, information shall be shared as available through the third party.
• Adding to the same, LearnPlant does not take responsibility for the physical planting as it relies on the third-party.
• It is agreed and understood that the type of tree should be decided by the environmental foundation/ LearnPlant based upon research and regional habitat and need.
• The contribution for planting can only be done through purchase of learning language package.

LearnPlant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms and condition at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at LearnPlant’s discretion. It is hereby conjugated that any user at any time, who visits and uses the services of the website has agreed to the terms and conditions.
